Our client is US's leading ticket market place, built upon a guaranteed experience that allows people to buy tickets online for local and national music, sports, and entertainment events.
We need a full-time lead developer to manage a team of developers overseas. You work from home but you will be required to travel 50% of the time. Travel expensive is fully covered.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5 front-end coders and 10 junior/intermediate developers and 5 senior developers.
- Ensure the work is done efficiently, effectively, and professionally according to the pre-planned schedules.
- Maintain existing website features and give suggestions on what to do for improvements.
Required Skills in a Nutshell
- Project Management (3+ years)
- Leadership Experience (3+ years)
- Programming Experience - Java Script, jQuery, AJAX, PHP/MySQL, HTML/CSS (5+ years)
- Fluent in English
- Project Development Experience on both LAMP and Windows environments
You will be provided with a laptop (PC or Mac, you pick).
High speed connection will be reimbursed. You need a fast and reliable connection.
Training will be provided. We will pay for the travel expense to our office located in New York for a couple of days of training.
